An enchanting place to relax, with all the comforts that the large house offers, and enjoy the splendid surrounding panorama. Our Piceno hills, covered with vineyards, olive groves and corn fields, make up a perfect setting of a puzzle of colors, while sipping a pleasant glass of wine and listening to the sweet chirping of the birds.

The house consists of two floors connected by an internal staircase.

On the ground floor there is a large lounge with a fireplace where guests can eat or entertain themselves, a lounge with sofa, reading corner and TV corner, as well as a large fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and a laundry room. Also on the ground floor, you have access to a small apartment with own kitchen, bathroom, and double bedroom.

On the first floor there is a second mini apartment with own kitchen, bathroom, and double bedroom. And in addition, there are 3 double bedrooms all with own bathrooms. One of these double bedrooms also has a terrace with a breathtaking view of the Apennines and the Piceno hills, while from another of the bedrooms it is possible to access another terrace with a view of the surrounding groves.

All bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV.

In both kitchens of the mini apartments, if necessary, it is possible to add a double bed.
